Step 1.
First, your going to need the RuneScape font, which can be found Here.
Your also going to need a program to extract files with, I prefer Winrar.
Step 2.
Once you have the RuneScape font folder, Extract to the Desktop
Step 3.
to get the font, go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Fonts, then place the extracted font into there.
Step 4. Open up a picture editing software, I'm going to use Paint just for the people who don't have Adobe Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop.
Step 5. Insert any picture you think would go good for an IRL RuneScape picture (You can find any at images.google.com) . I'll use this one:
Step 6. Ok, now for the fun stuff! First, think of something funny to put on top of their heads. Once you have, create a text using the RuneScape font (make sure it's 13 size font). make it the color BLACK.
Step 7.
Now, do the exact same text in YELLOW, and set it off of the black a little, like this:
Step 8.
Now keep doing this, and your finished product will look something like this:
