I put my HDD into my Xport then plug that into my comp but my HDD won't show up on Xport 360 or XPloere360. The blue light is on and I can feel the HDD running when it's plugged into comp.
I even tried my transfer cable instead of Xport same thing, I can feel it but it doesn't come up. Help?

right click on Xport 360 or XPloere360 and run as admin.
