    I am here to say that the .map resigner is real, but it doesnt fully resign it. It fixes everything but the private RSA signature. Also, should Quick be on the modder list there? <_<

    You can have more than 100 custom content, just take off all ur files + new ones, on Xport, and mass resign all at once, put back on, ifyou want more you must do this again
    (YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DOWNLOAD FROM HALO3)

    (Only works on 60GB arcade, and 120GB Elite)

    So you're calling the .map re-signer real, even though it doesn't actually re-sign? All it does is fix a checksum?

    Yes, even other people call it real, such as Quickkill.

    Halo 3 maps has more then 1 checksum. Johnson only does 1.

    But yet your Live resigner doesnt allow them to work on a retail 360, only devs, so it's not actually a resigner.

    Exactly. My LIVE and PIRS resigner specifically says it's for devs only. If you were to run the retail xex on a dev and simply fix the checksum, it wouldn't work. I guess my definition was wrong :rolleyes: If a resigner doesn't make something fully runnable on the system it's supposed to (The unmodified Halo 3 xex in this case), then it's not a resigner.

    Is there any way to inject files on to a 60 GB hard drive? I've almost given up modding. It's too hard transferring files from my 20 Gb to my 60 Gb by my fileshare and it's risky.

    this modding site is so helpful and is a great community aswell there are actual halo 3 modders not like se7ensins.com
    did you guise read that post about the kid that doesnt know how to use winrar lol

    and this site is also helpful and has a range of great modders where i can just ask for there help
    one time on se7ensins.com there was also a long arguement about a guy they where laughing at his english wait let me see if i can find a link

    I just wanted to ask a small question as I dont know much about modding - but if you was to install a game to the xbox360 HDD, I noticed using xsata it splits the game into something like 52 data files inside the games numbered folder, Gears2 for instance - Content/0000000000000000/4d53082d/00040000/

    Is it possible to hack and mod the data inside the files so that what the game plays from the HDD is different to what it would play from the disc?
