Halo 3 BSP Editor By Epsilon!
(You may question due to my dirt-ass skills in VB, lol)

Edits in Viewport
May be used in real-time (need 3.5 GB to run fairly smooth)
Many opitons
loads BSP on PC! (I'm first one I beleive, besides DEE's collision model, but mies real-time)
can edit sky/fog color and density
can skin main bitmaps (BSP shaders) and skin map instantly with preview
Can edit placement chunk amount (can make it so you can place 1000 warthogs etc in forge)
ONLY FOR MAP MODDING, you can silll fly around
Can open up a "clip/film0000XXXXXXXX" and have AI play around (LAGS LIKE BALLS, I have 10 GB and it' slike no tomorrow)
Can move, roate items in viewport windows (can scale scenery too, ONLY SCENERY)
and more....
