First off,

I'd like to apologize for the recent mass changes, and topics that you've been forced to participate in. That is unprofessional and I should not do it.

I'll get right down to the point. Dark is staying since he helps out the site, and more people want him here then want him gone. If you have a problem with him, I urge you to keep it off iBotModz as that will cause only problems. Me and the only "active" staff have have been talking in the Moderator section about possible moderators to add we've narrowed it down to 3. And we need 2.

Back in the old IBM, we used to gain a moderator every 1000 members that kept a fine ground on when we would get a new one, and keep the community pushing for the job. Lately, we had moderators leave and they've been inactive (so we have less than we need), because of that 2 new moderators are being added when I get home from school. I will contact them via MSN, and teach them the basic rules and what not. I hope that with a new team of moderators the role of moderating can be spread among everyone.

Another problem we have, is the lack of ability to join the VIP section. The VIP section hardly stands for (Very Important Person) anymore, its just the "secret" section of IBM where we keep the good content. Its pathetic to have a section and no known way to get into it, unless you bribe the owner.
I can no longer hold off IPB 3 to enforce the 1000+ REP requirement so that the topic here helped me get some VIP into VIP, and others out.

IPB 3, is quite close. We are just waiting for the development of the chatbox to be made for it. Till then were stuck with this old board which looks like crap compared to the features and engine of IPB 3. If anyone is left, it will get better.

VIP is VIP, anything posted in there can be discussed with other VIP/Staff OFF SITE. As for leaking or stealing content, if I do ever get back to it, it stays VIP from now on. There won't be as many as before, so it should be a little better.

I won't follow the rules as much anymore. I'll be more like the BlueShadowz admin, Dark Slipstream, but not deleting anyone . I hate no one, and I dislike only those that talk trash to me, all you have to do is not talk to me or ignore what I do, and we are good.

I'll be on for the 2 new staff Peaches, and for those of you who are wondering about this:
