I'm going to start off by removing your sig.

Then I'm going to asked why you put "Free, not free, Pwn" in your post?

Then i'm going to say what are you trying to find out?

I use norton, but Eset NOD is good, and so is AVG

And every program is free if you know where to get it ;)

as long as you dont go norton your on to a winner basicaly. use avg free for now. its the best that u can legaly get your hands on so i suggest that. (unless you start rly helping out around here an get 2 vip in which case i will personaly find u any antivirus u want. little insentive 4 u)

Don't use Norton it doesn't really detect anything. Use ESET NOD 32. Best anti-virus you can get. Has an awesome firewall as well it detects everything. Avira is getting at the top of it's league as well.

Well if you have lots of RAM and want FREE. Then Avast! is the way to go. It just sits there with its 7 on protection scanners (Websites, chat, P2P, Firewall, and some others) and just scans whatever is being used. So say I download a virus, before its even placed on my computer, avast! detects it and removes it. The problem is, its a pain to disable if you want to breed a virus or something.

Otherwise if you still want free, but have no extra RAM. AVG v8 will work. It detects enough and will keep you safe.

I r haz avast too. It's easy to disable what are you talkin' about? Right click the avast tray icon and click "Stop on-access protection" lets you do whatever you want.

I think the best is AVG because they don't pay hackers to make viruses so they can charge you money for no f**kin reason.
