ok so u can dev mod on a normal xbox with the halo 3 beta right? so i think we sould try this, that would be asome and it may open a new door for modding. So can ppl try this, and if they have how far have you gotten?

NO you cant but you can try and fail if u want

Wait you can dev modding on retail if you have the halo 3 beta? I don't remember nor do I think it'll be happening and how having the beta changes anything.

Hes saying "is it possible to mod the halo 3 beta on a retail console" and the answer is no, but it is possible to mod it on a dev/demo kit.
