They're deleted. May I post the 20th level's URL in VIP and we can all work together to crack it? I got stuck on like 15 so I looked up some hints on google and found them and they helped me. But, the 20th we must do legit!

I don't really see the point to posting the last level. That is like a cheat in a video game that skips you to the end credits.

Because it's amazingly hard, and most likely no one will get it. Rumor has it, after you decode the hex, it takes you to a guestbook that is in Russian and impossible to crack. I don't know though.
