Nope, i guess they decided to not alow you to show it off =/

You have to enable it by hitting the start menu in a single player or skirmish game and enable the skull for it.
You cannot use it in multiplayer.

What's the point of the honor guard wraiths?
Can you even enable them in multiplayer?
Because you never get any wraiths in single player...

Because you never get any wraiths in single player...
Skirmish is the only other place that you can use skulls.
If you have never played any C and C games skirmish is like single player, no missions.
