Is there any way of changing a film clip to make it look like you've lowered your weapons?

Since you can only lower your weapons in a local game, the ability to do this would come in very handy for machinima purposes... :D

Well, it has to be possible, otherwise a film clip wouldn't show you lower your weapons in the first place...

Acually You can edit the foward movement and the players looking position, Ive done it. There are a couple other things that have been done too like throwing greneades, crouching, and meleeing. I was going to continue researching but my 360 broke.

Anything can really be done to a film, it will just corrupt most of the time. I tried editing weapons before and corrupted my films. No one is really looking in to this, it would be some nice research if anyone found it.

Oh well. I just thought it would come in handy from a machinima point of view :)

If only we could get hold of the whitepaper from bungie...

people have been like begging bungie to lower the weapon over xbl, you can only lower the weapon local, or system link.

If anything I learned with the film modding is that the films are very sensitive. I will continue to look into film modding when my 360 gets fixed.
