    How do i mod hal0 3!!!!!!!!????????????????????
    I read some tuorials but wat is a hex?

    ok, first you don't need to put all those question and exclamation marks. Anyways you don't have to know what hex it to mod. You can use programs like forge to do it for you. Otherwise though you just use johnson and any hex editor and just swap identifiers.

    Ok well. Read the tutorials. For modding Halo 3 all you do is switch identifiers with identifiers through hex. If you need help please private message me.

    Go download a hex editor (google) read a bunch of tuts (here/youtube) and download a resigner and rehasher. :]

    Oh after that you can use programs such as forge to mod, but learn how to mod the manual way first or you will confuse yourself.

    Ya it's faster to use program to mod, but it better to learn to do it manually and me personally I hate using programs like forge. I would rather use a hex editor.

    I use forge alot (i dont have all the maps on my desktop pc) but i do love hex editing :p you feel 1337

    Yeah I started out hexing before I knew anything about Forge 2.5 then about a month later I found out and tried it but hexing was just a habbit for me so I didn't change.
