Well yea I just got my Computer reformatted. I downloaded Microsoft Office 2007 Enterprise Edition. It's suppose to have dotnetbar, it does but the top doesn't work. Here's an example.

Your sure this isnt just your theme...? If its not that then Idk what you could do except do a clean install.

Well considering its Vista of course you'll run into problems.

I use the dotnetbar in almost every program that I use probrably when you installed it something went wrong so try "Repairing" the program or Reinstalling it >_>

I fixed it. It was a theme problem like Grizzly said. I was just to lazy to look around before. I can't think.
