Honestly I bet 90% of members never looked at the current rules... It needs to just start getting enforced a little harder.

The rules were just copied and pasted from another site to be honest lol.
The real rules, I start writing then change my mind. Then my staff doesn't know what to do. I'll write an official one, staff will follow; users will follow and it will be fine.
