    Ok, I have been looking into a few saves here and there and there is a mean checksum on the file which we are bound to find sooner or later. If anyone wants to post research on anything they find, it will help. Also, can anyone donate any saves if they have the game? If you want to take part in the research post here and we will gather information. You input 1 simple piece you get in about box on an app. I will give as much credit as possible to everyone who helps.

    When you post a save be sure to include the information (weapons, ammo, items, etc.) It will help dearly.

    Example: 0xD467 is my ammo (1A) I had 10 bullets at the time. (I did this a while and this might not be the right offset, but I will check again after I eat dinner)

    If you notice in the 0xD000 block of data, at the 0x06 and 0x07 of every 5 lines contains a 01 then a random byte.

    I think this is your equipment values...

    How did you get the modded save?

    Does it work on your xbox?

    Where is the checksum lol...

    Nice. Try to find out the wepon codes so you can change the pistol of a shot gun and stuff like that

    It works, you just need to resign it, a friend of mine didi it, he fixed the checksum, but he refuse to tell me how he did it.

    Honestly the checksum is first... If we can get that then testing on different weapons can come.

    The resident evil 5 ultimate save? That's the one I had uploaded, those photo and save are originally uploaded by me.

    The original maker (friend of mine) is not on any of the game save site, he is a very quiet guy.

    Anyone interested look at 0xD007 and 20 bytes long... <That chunk of data is constantly changing from save to save although it is only a few bytes changing>

    Also at 0xA000, few chunk there as well.

    I got RE5 and I've come to a theory that that save is not modded at all.

    The way the values are stored are the same as if a legit save.
