yes they 'look' good,but I doubt they were make with etch a sketches, maybe photoshopped in after a certain filter was applied.
EDIT: Definitely fake, look at the edges of the etch a sketch, no depth.
Look at the edges of a pic, there should be some kind of dip or raise, but it's perfectly smooth.
