Well christmas is coming up and all ive asked for so far is a dvd burner and a 360 keeps coming to mind. I had my mind set that I wouldnt spend more than $230 on one if I was to get one. About 5 minutes after saying that i checked Gamestop, Refurbished no hd 1 wired controller $199. I think its worth it even though all id really play is halo 3 and well....skate looks good. So 2 games and all my friends with 360's.

just pay a little more and get a new one , just get premium
its worth it getting is new cause then you still have all the warranty
( believe me you will need that for the ring if you get it )
