    • Allow you to update your console to a vulnerable version (4532 or 4548)
    • obtain the CPU keys for your Xbox (100% controll of firmwares installations)
    • Installation of alternatives DASHBOARDS
    • Change the DVDKEY in the Xbox360 motherboard
    • change the REGION CODE: NTSC-U/C, NTSC/J, PAL, NTSC/KOR
    • UNBANN X360 from LIVE with serial change (under develope)
    • More and more and more in the nexts months... stay tuned

I have no clue, I really don't have any room to discuss it since I don't own one. I just know this is what people get to help dump and analyze their NAND.

You need a 360 with a base kernel of 1888, which means around launch. The downgrading to the dashes means to the exploitable dashes so you can use the King Kong exploit to run unsigned code.

so wait that means even if you updated your launch xbox you can downgrade it and run the hack?

I think thats where the Infectus comes in, and lets you downgrade through some nasty hack.

Wait, does that mean I can make modded h3 maps, and a hacked XeX on a disc and burn it to DvD-RW, with flashed xbox and actually play it?

Nope. I know that for a fact, otherwise retail boxes could mod. It just lets you downgrade dashes to run the exploits that were able to be ran on those old versions.

You can't run xexs with the exploit, the code runs in "HyperVisor" mode, which basically means it runs without any of the limitations OR benefits of the HyperVisor, meaning you can't run xexs.

only thing you can do is run linux and dump your kv.

wait, I thought before you got an infectus, you had to have an offline box (haven't touch xbl) for AT LEAST 18 months?
