Halo 3 Section Update
You will notice that the Halo 3 section has been compressed, and descriptions / titles redone for the Modding and General/News section. Threads in Tutorials and Programs will be redone by me, and more added when I have the time. Modz will also be redone, if I decide to get to it.
VIP Section Update
VIP has two new sections, "Games" and "Marketplace". The Games section is where you can post downloads to your favourite games, or just any game in general, for any system. Use the Marketplace to sell your stuff for money, or put in [BUY] / [REQ] to buy/request something.

[BUY] - Use this when you are looking to purchase something.
[SELL] - Use this when you are looking to sell something.
[REQ] - Use this when you are requesting something. You may ask for something for free, or offer something in return.
[TRADE] - Use this when you are looking to trade something for something else.
Announcements Update
As announced prior to this thread, new rules are now being enforced for Flaming. I have just created a new (GLOBAL) Announcement for everyone to view, and the previous news topic has been closed. Please abide by these rules.

No, [REQ] lets you ask/get something for free, and [BUY] you MUST purchase using cash.
[TRADE] is anything but cash.
