So im assuming your just going to buy this console to mod halo 3 then.. since your getting a demo kit.

Just flash your firmware if you don't want to buy games.

Anyway you can't load normal game's they need to be patched. Also, how would you not have to 'pay' for games anymore when there is no source to get the games unless your going to download the .iso and patch it. Mines well just flash your firmware and you don't need to patch the games and you can still play on live. With a dev you get PartnerNet which is like 20x smaller then lives community, quite frankly, probably a lot smaller then that.

No. Lewie, why would you want to buy a dev it is so stupid... Clearly I know you don't know PPC, Assembly, C# to even develop games. You don't even know what a dev is capable of. If you buy one to mod Halo 3 you are wasting your money and being greedy to those who really want them.

To be honest, there should be absolutely no reason if you are just going to mod Halo 3. You have to know coding to basically do anything with it. Unless you are going to develop a game on it, there is no reason you should want to buy a developer kit. Don't waste your money unless you are going to do something with it other then Halo 3...
