It was.
The North America got Hit by Asia (well China really), and Vise Versa.
Europe Got hit by the Middle East, and Vise Versa.
Basically the whole world got hit, and even If Europe didn't get hit, don't you think they would send aid?

Doesn't matter If Europe got hit, They'ed have Nuclear fallout up their ass if they didn't get bombed.
Literally be a nuclear winter, Thats wat seems fake about the game... If the whole world got hit the there may not even be a ozone layer...
