If i put a halo 3 modded screenshot i made into my file share will i get perm ban?
or just banned from my fileshare?

Well, I have been perm banned from halo 3 for uploading a modded screenshot and my xbox was banned for 1 month.

Peaches account and xbox has been perm for uploading a modded screenshot.

but just be safe and dont do it m8, dont risk your account over a stupid screenshot.

Well and sometimes it depends whether or not bungie is pissy that day,Smokie,I believe got banned for a screenshot advertising IBM (ibotmodz).

But,I know people that have had entire file shares full of porn and did'nt get banned,sooo yeah.

I got one month console ban. Perm. Halo 3 MM ban for a screenshot with my gamertag name on it. That I didn't make.

No you wont get banned the screenshot its self isnt modded at all.

Dont do it, one little picture isnt worth it. Besides, you'll just have it up for a little while, and then you wont be able to put anything in it.

This is what I remember Bungie saying (not an exact quote, but same idea)

"M Screenshot = Ban (ban varies)
NM Screenshot of a Mod = ok
NM Porn Pic = Perma Ban
M Porn Pic = Perma Ban"
