If I see one more link in the shoutbox, 500x200 images in your profile advertising another site intentionally promoting users to it, your getting a 2 hour ban every time. Those 2 hour bans if accumulated will render your VIP 2.0/VIP 1.0 useless once 5 bans have automatically been dealt. I'm tired of dealing with all this childish behavior. Act like blacklabel or someone mature and stop this flaming/advertising/mod power abuse.

FYI. Staff is being redone, staff is suppose to be the "respected" members of a site and now were just trashing everything.

I hate seeing great members on this site being pulled away to other sites.
Especially when the staff is doing it, how is that helping the site they are "devoted" to?

Sounds great, most of the current staff doesn't come around much anymore and if they do its just to say hi in the shoutbox,

It will be great to see some new staff, and get the site running smoothly again.

I personally havent had any bad experience with the staff, but Ive heard a few instances of power abuse, that can drive alot of new members away. I think the majority of the staff does a great job, but a few sour apples can ruin a lot. Getting rid of the staff thats hardly here would be a great improvement.

Sounds good to me, admittedly I have posted links before, but yea... It was wrong.

Thats the problem here, too many people are very immature, and only a few are actually mature, and decide to help people.

Some of us such as Me, Fatal Error, Korupt Data (not saying were the only ones) all like to mess around a bit, just to keep the place lively, but when someone asks for help, we usually try to help them in any way, shape or form.

I've updated a staff list, and I'm going to be putting it into effect. 2 staff are loosing there spot, because frankly people hate them and there causing problems.

Other people either have to be more active in the case of some of our GFX, or others have to stop this power abuse. I'm sorry if this list pisses anyone off.
NOTE: This list is not counting the "normal" members I might move up to staff.
