If I had to choose between the two i would go with catch.
I had entering these types of things when I goto a site, expecially when i get it wrong.

Re-captia, becuase even if you cant read the first one, theres a refresh button on the side of it and it will give you a new combo.

why? there very hard to read, reCaptcha is alot easier.

Not always, captcha is way easier than recaptcha depending on the settings.
You can choose if you want lines, marks, added numbers, added letters all types of stuff. Added letters and numbers is what really makes it hard.
