I only left the site when we went old ibm -> new ibm because there was so much change and i was scared.

But I'm use to it now.

Yeah people have lives and leave. Its one thing to reminisce about the past and the past members, but this is just making the site sound bad. No site keeps the same members. HaloMods lost xbox, prey, and numerous others because they were banned and just left. Members come and go, the never ones I'm grateful that they are here.

Also your chart sucks, as its actually wrong.

My records show the increase of registrations have gone from 8 per day to 19 per day this month alone.

IBM is still going strong, its not like it used to be because halo 3 modding is lame.

Also think about all the other sites that died after the usermap modding got lame, were still standing!!

Also focus how we're NOT just modding H3,

We got GoW2, we where the first site to discover the commands for CoD5.

L4D, etc etc etc.

i still dnt understand 360 modding so i can't help any of the new people coming in.

we need some ppl that have the patience to help noobs learn to mod. instead of instantly pushing them away.
thats the difference with the site now.

before i would spend hours helping 3 different people learn to mod on the cbox.

now if someone asks a noob question in the cbox. everyone crucify s him...

just need some of the members to grow up and help out the noobs everyonce in a while

I try and help the noobs as much as i can :] but we have been getting some really bad noobs lately such as this V

The chart wasn't to scale or anything, i just find this site making me less and less erect everyday. LOL.

Starting to get sick of it actually, I don't mod halo 3, and i don't waste 8 hours a day on here.

We need something fresh and exciting, or else... i might have to grow up and leave lol.

here's what you do grip.

you take one day. do exactly wat you want on impulse.
and if IBM just happens to be one of the things you still come apon during that day...
then stay.

if IBM isn't a priority anymore, step down from your moderator.
i know you haven't had it long, but if you don't feel the site worthy of your presence anymore
then don't act like you are happy being a moderator.

im not trying to come off mean, or rude.

i didn't feel i was able to make it to the site, or for that matter, didn't make IBM a priority anymore, everyday.

now im a VIP member.
proud to be one also.

and i let the kids who still have time for IBM, run the show.

if moderator doesn't feel like a privilage, more of a chore to you, then don't do it anymore.
no one will hate you, and no one will lose any respect for you man.

i mean, yes, i don't have lil kids all over my nuts all day everyday asking, "how do i mod"

and i mean it was nice feeling needed,
but it got old, and i think your at the same part of the road that i was at about 8 months ago man.
