    I think that in order to use the shoutbox you must atleast have 2 posts.... im tired of people just seeing the shoutbox and asking for stuff without even taking a glance at
    the forums. so what do you guys think?

    i mean its not hard to get 2 posts....

    I agree "Whats a KV?" "it doesn't work!" (loser). It didn't work because the two files were in .rar and .tar files retard. If you don't know what winrar is you shouldn't even have thoughts about modding.

    i just hate when people ask for mods in the shout box with out even lookin the halo 3 modz section.
