    Is there any way that you can extract the raw model of the Rookie from the game? If so, could someone please do it and make it downloadable?

    Raw extraction just started in Halo 3, I don't think anyone yet has started H3 ODST raw stuff.

    Actually Odst and halo 3 are quite similar in structure.

    hey can someone please give me a halo 3 odst personaldata modding program plz reply for the program or just give me a link because you dont have to have a dev kit or jtag to mod Campaign save or personal data so can someone help or give me a program or a link of the program

    I don't think there is a odst program. If there was it was in Horizon, and I don't remember.
