    Invites are next to impossible to get, and with all the bannings going around. I wouldn't want to.



    SCREW getting banned all i want is an invite to ether site so i can put this stuff on my devkit by resigning the content ;)

    That would not work beings how halo 3 beta maps are a completley different structure than h3 maps so they wont run.And from what i know playing the beta would consist of you changing the string that checks for the server to your xbox's ip.Now im not 100% but its just from what ive heard.

    Hacking the mainmenu is just like Guerilla to Kornman, lol it's a simple check off to allow the text of "Custom Games" to appear, not really a check but HEX o_0

    u have to do 2 things #1 mod the xex to not check the server and prob the rsa check #2 mod the mainmenu.map to allow to go to local game and or systemlink. but yea learn ppc so have fun ;)



    nice to see some one has an idea on how to do it at least ^^

    And yeah you should be able to do it
    but whats the point if you have a dev kit???
    you can do just normal halo
    just do lots of tests
    it will be hard but if you have the smarts to actually do stuff with your dev you should be able to do this



    i think the point is to "play" early builds of games and debug games like the halo 3 beta and be able to edit them to ur liking


    so any progress Melee?

    i dont know who did it before but it HAS been done all the info need to be removed is in the Xex

    Im guessing if the game gets executed after a set date date it wont load. You could edit its xex so it wont check for that then it will load.

    I still have the copy of it on my comp. I did some looking awhile back. Never found a way, but then again I didn't have a dev_kit. Nor do I now.

    to play early builds of the maps no way i would enjoy playing it spit screen!
    i dont think id EVER get tired of play it

    yea johnston with updated plugins and a hex editor ;) FTW



    now if some one could beta me hack the halo 3 multiplayer beta to run on my XDK with the server check bypassed and the this beta is over screen that would ROCK!


    i believe it is ALL in the Xex file :-X
