Here is a quick update on whats going on.

VIP
Is coming along nicely. I've deleted now about 40 topics and added about 20. All posts have been edited to look neater and the security has been bumped up. The section will require 200 posts and a Reputation of +50 (Read below to learn) Otherwise I might be 6 hours off on the deadline and open VIP to VIP members at around 10pm Central Time tomorrow.

Reputation System
This is simple. You need 20 posts then you can give anyone every hour +1 Rep or -1 Rep. There are plenty of ways to gain Rep besides that. You get 5 rep for every 50 posts, and 5 rep for 31 days of being a member. 100 Rep are required into VIP. So some people might drop your rep if they don't like you.

Arcade
Was updated. I know it looks different

IP Address
All IP Address are now logged for every post because members have been complaining of "stolen" accounts. We are monitoring it.

Social Bookmarking
In order to gain a good "Google Pagerank" we must have links into our site and out. The "social bookmarking" which is at the top of every posting page. Allows you to submit that page to one of 40 sites. Please experiment with it.

Forum Descriptions
Are being changed to 2 line descriptive instead of quick 3 word sayings.

I like this whole new vip thing, with the rep and all. IM not complaining, But doesnt monitering our ip kinda.... Take away our privacy? Personally i dont give a F. But i was just wondering your standards on it.

Well we could always see your ip in logs and everything but now we can see your ip in your post aswell.

Sick idea with the rep+ points. Props for that. Now spammers wont get rep and wont get in. I never actually thought of that!

The rep system will be really cool, but do people like me get rep for posts that we already made ? or for how long we have been here ?

nop, if you report it stolen, and it has a different IP than the 2 you usually use, then he will change/fix that for you.

Yeah doesn't affect anyone, but people who are spamming and need to be caught faster. Or people who have had a stolen account.

I know this is to definitely prevent spamming, but for those of us like 250+ posts or so, could you increase our rep to what it should be?

Like DeathGrip for example, 1100 posts.. thats alot of rep.. OR!

For those with the "Helpful Poster" Medal, they should get their rep increased to 5 per 50 posts, etc....

I was also thinking the same thing but then when I was giving out rep I saw the comment box. So if users are taking away rep for no reason the minus rep can just be taken away.

I want rep removed.. it's frustrating me. I'm not releasing my mods for a while.. the -rep should be removed.. if u dont like someone, you shouldn't have to -rep them.. just leave them alone.
