Well after a long MSN talk with some of the admins. We've made our decisions

laxmonster54 has been moved to Global Moderator from the old position of GFX Team Leader
Melo already a current GFX Team Member has become the GFX Team Leader
blacklabelfosho who is already a Global Moderator is now the Global Moderator Team Leader

It was a close race and deathgrip probably has the next spot sealed.

Also for any admin.

I've added lots of new features for simplifying the banning and tracing of users.

i know loads of people that would join but they say its not worth
it because its mostly modding stuff.
i think we should be more versatile so that more member will join.
