New version of the XBox 360 ISO Hacker Utility for OSX has been released:

JTAG / RGH users can extract files from XBox / XBox 360 game ISOs to given destination.
1. Select game ISO
2. Select destination
3. Add to Que
4. Repeat 1-3 if you want extract more than one ISO
5. Start Extract

If you want delete or edit a line in que, just click on it. The selected rows data always copy back to Source file / Destination Folder fileds.
