    Sony Subpoenas Youtube for IPs of everyone who watched GEOHOTs Jailbreak video

    Sony has sent a subpoena to YouTube demanding they release the names and IP addys of everyone who watched GeoHots PS3 jailbreak and hacking videos.

    This is no joke. They actually want a list of every YouTube user who watched the Hotz video.

    And here's the worst part. If you watched that video you'll get put on a list. (A list Sony will keep forever like Nixon and his "enemies list.") And from now on Sony will consider you a criminal just because you watched a video, or went to a web site, even if you didn't mod/jailbreak your PS3.

    I hope Google/Youtube tells them where they can put their list. Cause I watched that video, and although I am proud to say the only Sony product I own is a pair of $2 ear buds, I don't want them having my IP.

    Oh noez! Sony will be sued anyway since website owners are under no obligation to give IP's out.

    Why would they sue/take any action against you.
    More importantly Sony is taking this too far!!!
