What you need:

Preparing The SD Card
Alright, to start off, plug the SD card into your SD card reader and create a folder called "apps".
Create folders for any apps you have and place them in the folder with the same name.
rename any file to boot (Ex:program.dol=boot.dol program.elf=boot.elf)
Using BannerBomb (System Menu Versions:3.0 - 4.2)
Get BannerBomb for system menu 3.0 to 4.1 Here
For 4.2 click Here
Copy the Bannerbomb "private" folder to the root of your SD card.
Copy this file to the root of the sd: Homebrew Channel Installer
Put your SD card in your Wii and turn it on.
For Bannerbomb v1: Go into Wii Options --> Data Management --> Channels --> SD Card.
For Bannerbomb v2: Go to the SD Card Menu on the main System Menu screen.
A message should appear asking to "load boot.dol/.elf".
Follow the guide onscreen.
Using Smash Bros Brawl( Any menu version)
Download Smash Stack: Here
Start Brawl.
Move any existing custom stages on Brawl to your SD card and exit the stage builder. Smash Stack will not work if the console has any custom stages on it, even the three samples that come with a new file.
Connect the SD card to your computer and rename the "private" folder to "privateold" in the root of the SD card. This stops your stages from being deleted.
Copy the "private" folder from the Smash Stack download to the root of the SD card.
Copy this file to the root of the sd: Homebrew Channel Installer
Insert the SD card into the Wii.
Go to the stage builder and the .elf file will load.
Follow the guide onscreen.
Using Lego Indiana Jones( Any menu version)
Download Indiana Pwns: Here
Move any existing saves to your SD card.
Connect the SD card to your computer and rename the "private" folder to "privateold" in the root of the SD card. This stops your saves from being deleted.
Copy the "private" directory from the Indiana Pwns download to the root of your SD card.
Copy this file to the root of the sd: Homebrew Channel Installer
Put the SD in your wii.
Delete the save from your wii and copy the hack save over from the SD.(the one that matches your region)
When the game loads, you will be in Barnett College. Walk to the Art Room (through the Courtyard), approach the left character on the podium. When it zooms on him, choose the switch to option (two silhouettes, staggered, with an arrow pointing between them).
After Install
Go CRAZY! Its truely your wii now!
