- EXPLANATION -
What you will need to is goto then next room after you start as in going down the first elevator. You need to take a left going down the stairs and once you reach the bottom you need to to the barrier across the bottom. Their are 2 barriers one closest to the stairs and one farthest. You need to goto the farthest one. Then you will see a ledge in front of you. You need to run and dive and land on the railing. After you land on the railing you need to creep around the left edge and jump up and you can move around on top such as right above the first teleporter when their is no electricity.
