As the site expands (or I hope to expand) with Reach Stats. I've written up a new set of rules since I'll be adding a fee-based system for ReachStats. (Doesn't affect current VIP/Donors. You are grandfathered in) More in depth news on that to come.

I'm still looking over the rules with some members in order to tweak and finalize them.

No they don't. There are two rules. One defining size of the image in pixels, the other i terms of bytes.

Modio has used research without credit. Se7ensins I'm in good contact with, and I don't think there that bad.
