I  got the Halo ODST And it came with a Halo 3 multiplayer disk. When the multplayer game screen loads it say mythic on it. Does it come with the mythic map pack. Because I bought the both of the mythic map packs the day before I got the ODST. Could someone help me out on this. Also I was really split on if I should put this in the ODST forum or Halo 3 so sorry if this needs to be moved.

Yes, it includes every map ever released for Halo 3. This includes, but is not limited to, the Heroic, Legendary, Mythic (1), and Mythic (2) map packs.
Basically, you wasted your Microsoft Points.

there is an advantage however, it means that he can play all of the multiplayer maps in halo 3 with the original disk, which also has campaign... he could sell the multiplayer disk if u wanted

Yes Im Pretty Sure You Will Find Someone To Sell It To No Single Disk Thought No One Will Buy ODST

ODST is not that bad the campaign might not be the best but its got a great multiplayer.

No, you cant get a refund for stuff you bought with MS points.

My disc got all scratched up so now i cant load some maps.

borrow off a friend and save to the hdd, then use the damaged disk to load
