Hey I know of a few sites that are still up and running for emulators and ROMS

Emus:

the first one is stu's site http://worldofstuart.../xbox/xemus.htm

2nd is Mega Games http://www.megagames...s.shtml#xSnes9X

ROMS:

this is coolroms.com http://www.coolrom.com/roms.php
