The idea for a Help Desk failed miserably. One of my ideas that just sucked. I removed it and added the forum "Help Desk", its just a support forum for all types of support.

I just started making a mod on my local install for topic tags. It works hard-coded already, just need to make it in hook form now.

Well I don't wanna say I ****** TOLD YOU SO, .... but I did. And I knew it wasn't going to work for the exact same reason you took it down. No-one used it, they either asked in the cbox, or in other forums.
