All old support forums (Halo 3 Support, Xbox 360 Support, GFX Support) have been removed and archived into one global forum in the Lobby for awhile as everyone transitions to our new Help System.
All you do is go to "Help Desk" (Tab up top) and open up a Support Request in the category that best fits your help. This is easier to help people and what not since we can mark topics as fixed and get a nice notifications for UNFILED Support Requests. I urge people to use that now for all Support Requests. The more that use it, the popular it gets. Members can also reply to other Support Requests, just in case they know the answer instead of the staff.
Any bugs please PM to me, or post in Problems/Suggestions.

Why'd you change it? It was more organized the other way. Halo modders could easily just go to the Halo 3 Support section and answer most if not all those questions, but now they have to dig in the Help section.

The Help Section your referring to is locked and a Read-Only to look back at for previous issues. Not to be the new Help System. The new help system is the giant tab called "Help Desk"

So you're not moving all those topics to the Help Desk? Because theres no topics in the Help Desk when I go there, and I wanted to reply to a topic in the Archived place, but they are all locked, and you got rid of the sections.

Plus, the new members won't go up there to ask for help. If theres not a section, they will just make the topic in the main forum.

Me and someone else were the only ones that helped people anyway.
Everyone else just gave links to google. This idea over time will be better, there will be a few days though when not enough people know about it yet.
