For quite some time, VIP has been un-attainable (except for the people that already have it).

After watching the REP system over the past few weeks, the Staff and I have chosen a REP requirement to get into VIP. 100 Positive Rep and 1+ month of membership.

There is no automatic process that will place you in VIP once you hit 100. That is to prevent boosting and cheating, once you get close to 100 or so we will notice you  and manually move you to VIP when that happens. Thanks, and look forward to some new VIP's.

Good Idea and the one month would be kina pointless since it will take like 1 year to get +100 rep

In the bottom right of every post, you should see a + -, use these to give people REP.

You should always include a message too.

^^ This. Move it up to like 5 months. But that would still be too small.

No one's using the rep system unless they want to negative rep someone. In places where everyone's saying "oh, that's great, thanks a bunch" or something similar, they don't positive rep.

How can anyone get VIP if nobody will give rep?

People use the rep system just not a lot. Some people just don't have any rep or haven't noticed it. I have like 7 rep I think, but people have more than that. Slip has like 16 I think.

This is alot more attainable then 1000.

If it is this attainable remove all current VIP's and make them re-earn it.
The true VIP's will be able to do this no problem.
Just a thought.

V3N0M, I think that is unfair and unjust. The current VIP had to re-earn their VIP status 2 in the last few months. Let it be and let others in.
