I told my friend that was going to try and find a way to add console items into Fallout 3, and he said that I can't do that with HxD, so he told me to get the Hex Workshop

so I did, and (after many failures) I did 16 byte flip, then I did 32 and I found it, tested it and I was had it working

Are you kidding? I hope you figured this out long before you posted it because this has been known on Game Tuts for months.

I love that Magnum cause its the only one without a scope

Yeah, Ive been using it more, and also I have added more to the list including "People"

for people you must switch both people and both IDs (referance and base)

If you want to switch Eulogy Jones with Charon, you must switch Both of Charon's IDs with Eulogy Jones' IDs and then switch Eulogy Jones' IDs with Charon's IDs

Yes it's been on Game-Tuts for a very long time and all things you're talking about testing has been done. Liberty Prime is an NPC, you just hex an item into him and drop it and I really feel like you stole this and are taking credit for it but hey that's just me, and a fun thing to drop is friendly death claws although they attack everything but you and your followers. You should also check out Pimpin Tylers save on YouTube it's a converted PC save containing things you wouldn't begin to be able to fathom.

Edit: This was discovered in March and there has already been 3 programs created regarding it.

Actually the answer to all of these is yes. You just need the item in your inventory then hex it and usually the NPC or World Object is in the misc section of your inventory...

oh, the other 2, I haven't tried, but the first one I only tried while it was on a bed, thanks, I will be able to look more into items when I get Go3 (PC)

That save didn't work, it didn't even let me resign/rehash it
(I did try copying the code into another save that I had and it turned out corrupt)

and 0xidium, how do you switch out items for people and world objects?

I have tried switching out the reference and/or base IDs and all I got was nothing

Ive checked Misc. Items, but theres nothing new in there

Ive tried An Oasis Tree, the Alien Ship (because of a youtube vid) and the Paradise Falls Statue (same reason) and a rock, so what do you do then

It really disappoints me that you guys are in the past. Everything that you're figuring out now was figured out months ago and as for Tylers save it is a PC save that was converted to a 360 save. Tyler did not convert it himself. He doesn't do much at all himself.

And I've gotten all of those to show up for me... Hell I have my mom, dad, dogmeat, like 25 Jerichos, oasis trees, Herbert (although he doesn't talk to you and keeps telling you to come around to his face when you're looking right at it), controlled deathclaws, liberty prime's, and Nukalurks safely tucked away in my pocket.
