I have also seen it on two stock Xboxes doing the same thing on the stock boxes it is worth installing a modchip to see if it can boot with a mod bios.

also if your fan breaks and you install a new one and you see the Christmas lights then just get the a fan off a broken console thats how I fixed the christmas lights and remember use shrink tubing it helps
