EncodeHD is a an application to re-encode all types of video files for use on your home media player or on-the-go device. It aims to provide a simple interface with no fuss.
EncodeHD uses a number of open-source tools:

If you have an MKV (Any type of movie) with 2 audio languages.
By default, EncodeHD will take the first language audio stream it finds. However you might want to override that behaviour, and that??s easily done by adding a flag under Advanced Flags:
-map 0:0 -map 0:2.0:1
This remaps the second audio stream to being the first. If you need a different audio stream, just modify 0:2 to whatever audio stream you like.
